* PRAYER OF CONFESSION: Gracious God, we confess that our fears and doubts can override our hope and faith. When we lose sight of Your love, have mercy upon us, and grant us Your forgiveness through Christ our Lord, who intercedes for us even today. Please let Betty Fisher know of anyone within the community that may be in need at this time. January 5th is Communion. Next year will be North Buffalo’s 250th anniversary! As one way to celebrate our years of blessings, we want to give back to our community, each month we will have a project with a goal that has a 25 in it. For January we will hold a blanket drive. Our goal is to collect enough blankets for 25 families in Charleroi, through a Presbyterian Church there. This should be about 100 blankets. Starting in January we will have boxes to collect the blankets. We will be taking down the Christmas greens Saturday the 4th of January at 9 am. All are welcome to come and help put them away.

We confess that we ignore the Savior You sent to be among us and to live in us. * PRAYER OF CONFESSION: Precious Lord, We frequently live our lives with such mindsets. We confess that we walk in dark places, trapped deep in our interior worlds of fear and failings. Meanwhile, we miss the coming King, poised to bring hope to the earth. Forgive us for being stuck in our comfortable and dormant routines. Bring us into a life full of Your presence.
