Prelude: Ron Dobscha
ANNOUNCEMENTS:

CALL TO WORSHIP:
Come now, today and worship the LORD. Worship Him with all of your
Heart, all of your might, with all of your soul, worship Him.
For His name alone is exalted.
His splendor, His beauty is above the earth and the heavens.
The LORD has raised up for His people, a mighty and victorious
   horn, Jesus the Savior.
The people of God are close to His heart, He has kept His promises to us in Jesus.  So once more and forever more, praise Him.
INVOCATION:
*Hymn  “Lord, I want to Be a Christian” #729

* PRAYER OF CONFESSION:
Heavenly Father, like the people of Judah who read and reread Your law yet continuously turned away from it, so we have been.  You have written Your laws upon our hearts and yet we harden our hearts to those things and suppress them for the ways of sin.  We have been rebels and disobedient children.  We commit ourselves to following You and are quick to turn from that commitment.  But even today, as we come before You covered in sin, help us to see the One who never sins.  Turn our sin weary hearts back to Jesus today and in His love for us, wash us clean.  AMEN

CALL TO WORSHIP
Praise the LORD!
How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and
   fitting to praise Him!
The LORD heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of stars and calls them each by name.
Sing to the Lord with grateful praise.
The Lord delights in those who fear Him, who put their hope in His unfailing love. Come now, let us worship the LORD!

The Samaritan’s Purse project collects shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items – and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way.  For many of these children, the gift filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.

Jean Kuhn is doing better and hopefully will be home soon.

Thanks to all who helped with the 5 gallon bucket project.
