Please let Betty Fisher know of anyone within the community that may be in need at this time Our next Dart ball game is Tuesday November 12 at 4th Presbyterian Church. Practice starts 7 pm and the game starts at 7:30. “Operation Christmas Child” The Samaritan’s Purse project collects shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items – and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. For many of these children, the gift filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received. There are empty shoeboxes and brochures with labels in the back of the church. Please fill a shoebox (or two) and return it to the church by Sunday, November 17. If you have questions, you can speak with Christine Welling. Janet Brach has now been moved to the Donnell House after being diagnosed with cancer and needs prayers. Ina Hendersson fell a couple weeks ago and she went to her chiropractor, he sent her to Canonsburg Hospital where they found she had a stroke and is in the Canonsburg Hospital. Jean Kuhn is doing better and hopefully will be home soon. Thanks to all who helped with the 5 gallon bucket project. Your help was greatly appreciated.
